5L-Q型燃天然氣熱風爐

燃天然氣熱風爐由燃燒器、燃燒室、混風室、電控系統組成，天然氣燃燒機在耐高溫不銹鋼燃燒室內負壓燃燒，燃燒產生的高溫氣體經熱風爐混合區內與自然風混合后分配給熱風機為烘干機提供熱源，燃燒室溫度為800～1200℃；混合后風溫70～170℃可調，溫差控制正負5℃。采用一鍵點火，全智能溫度控制，多種安全連鎖保障，具有安全節能、操作簡便的特點，熱風爐燃燒室采用耐熱不銹鋼，混風室彩鋼外殼，2～3路出口配置。可廣泛適用于玉米、水稻、谷物類糧食烘干。

 Natural gas furnace is consist of  burner,  combustion chamber,  wind mixing room, electric control system. The burner is burning  in high temperature resistant stainless steel combustion chamber with negative pressure. After mixing to provide  hot source for the dryer. The combustion chamber temperature is 800 ~ 1200 ℃, adjustable hot air temperature is 70 ~ 170 ℃ ,  temperature difference can be controlled +_ 5 ℃.  It is One key ignition, intelligent temperature control, a variety of security chain, with the characteristics of safety and energy saving, easy operation. It can be widely used for corn, rice, cereal grain drying.
